Traditional South African sausage made with a mix of beef and lamb, with a fat content of about 20%. Very flavorful with a nice spice mix. Boerewors is a coarse-grind, generally thick, predominantly beef sausage. The name translates as “farmers sausage”. Once you have tried this, you never go back to other flavors!!
